I've been investing with Selective since last year, so this is my full second year. I've loaned him money on three deals at this point. One paid off early, one paid off on time, and my third loan is current and is due at the end of September. As far as monthly payments go, Steeve hasn't ever missed a payment to me in any of the 3 loans. Steeve is good about communication also. I usually text him and he'll respond pretty quickly, and we've spoken on the phone a few times. I also referred a friend of mine to him, and he's had a similar experience investing with Steeve.
I have 4 ongoing investments with Steeve (Selective) right now and I had completed 2 in the past. The communication is fast and straightforward. Payments are on time as the scheduled shows in the contract. I believe Steeve has a well organized business and us as investors we like the payments on time, and I had never reached to Steeve asking for a missing payment as he automated those payments. I only have good things to say! I am happy with his business and the returns as he promised.
